01 — Acceptance

By using takezelyte.com, creating an account, joining the launch list, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

02 — Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy from or create an account on this site. This is a caffeinated product and that limit is not negotiable.

03 — Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us at hudsonjmurray11@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.

04 — Orders and pricing

There is no checkout on this site yet. Everything below governs orders from the moment one opens.

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is calculated at checkout from weight and destination and shown to you before you pay. See shipping and returns.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, and we may decline any order — including for suspected resale or fraud.
• The first batch is limited. We may cap quantities per customer, and we will say so before you pay.
• If a price or a product detail is wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will not charge you the higher price without asking first.

05 — Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save prices apply to a recurring order. When you subscribe:

• Your card is charged for each shipment at the price shown when you subscribed. We will email you before a price changes.
• You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time from your account, with no fee and no minimum number of shipments.
• Cancelling takes effect on any shipment that has not been processed. An order already on its way is handled under the returns policy instead.

06 — Product use and safety

The pouch goes between your gum and upper lip. Do not chew or swallow it. Remove it when the window closes.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. ZELYTE is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and we make no performance claims for it.

07 — Launch codes

Creating an account before launch reserves you an early-access number and a single-use launch code worth 10% off your first order. A code is tied to the account it was issued to, may be used once, cannot be combined with another offer, has no cash value, and expires if the launch campaign ends. We may void codes obtained through duplicate or automated signups.

08 — Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, attempt to break its security, submit someone else’s email to the launch list, create accounts automatically, resell the product without our written agreement, or use the site to break the law.

09 — Our content

The ZELYTE name, the Strike mark, the site’s text, photography, and design are owned by ZELYTE Inc.. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

10 — Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11 — Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZELYTE Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts sitting there, and you and we each consent to that venue.

13 — Accessibility

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we test it. Every page carries a skip link, every image has alt text or is explicitly marked decorative, every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, and colour contrast is measured rather than assumed.

The site also respects prefers-reduced-motion: set it and the loader, the scroll-pinned sections, and the moving type all resolve into a still page with nothing lost.
