By accessing or using the ZELYTE website (zelyte.shop) or purchasing any ZELYTE product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available at this URL.

ZELYTE offers oral electrolyte and caffeine pouches ("Active Hydration Pouches") intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. Our products are not intended for use by minors, pregnant or nursing individuals, or persons sensitive to caffeine without prior medical consultation.

Each ZELYTE pouch contains approximately 50mg of caffeine anhydrous per pouch. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are aware of this caffeine content and that it is appropriate for your individual health circumstances.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify formulations, packaging, or availability at any time.

All orders are subject to product availability and our right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize ZELYTE to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time your order is placed will be honored for that transaction.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

ZELYTE offers a Subscribe & Save option that automatically renews your order on a recurring basis at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize ZELYTE to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account or by contacting us at hudsonjmurray11@gmail.com.
• Cancellations submitted after a billing cycle has processed will take effect on the following cycle — you will receive the already-billed order.
• ZELYTE reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. ZELYTE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from ZELYTE passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hudsonjmurray11@gmail.com and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products. Unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and slogans — is the property of ZELYTE Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without express written permission from ZELYTE Inc.

The ZELYTE name, logo, and "Active Hydration Pouch" designation are trademarks of ZELYTE Inc.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZELYTE Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in these terms. All products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
